Your Visit

What to Expect When You Arrive

We've designed our patient experience to be as fast, clear, and stress-free as possible from the moment you walk through our doors.

1

🚪 Arrival & Registration

Walk in or arrive by ambulance — our reception team is at the door around the clock. You'll be registered quickly and asked for your basic details and medical aid card (if applicable). In a true emergency, clinical care always comes first.

2

🩺 Triage Assessment

A trained triage nurse will assess your condition immediately. Patients are prioritised by clinical urgency — life-threatening cases are seen at once. You'll be assigned a triage category so our team can manage all patients safely and effectively.

3

👨‍⚕️ Doctor Assessment & Treatment

Our emergency physician will conduct a thorough examination and order any required investigations (blood tests, X-rays, ECG). A diagnosis and treatment plan will be communicated to you clearly throughout.

4

🏠 Discharge or Admission

Once treatment is complete, you'll receive a full discharge summary and instructions. If admission is required, we'll coordinate your transfer to the appropriate ward or specialist facility.
